
Content Manager and Categorization Specialist
We are looking for a Content Management and Categorization Specialist to work on multi-language classifieds projects. Your role will be key in maintaining the category structure, analyzing user experience, and improving the content model.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Planning: Develop and manage a task pool for organizing and maintaining categorization across 5 multilingual projects.
- Analytics: Regularly assess website content to identify bottlenecks and complex areas within the system of categories, subcategories, and final-level categories.
- Management: Collect user feedback through local office teams, analyze issues, and find solutions. Create tasks for adding new categories, improving navigation, implementing features, and localizing content.
- Quality & Control: Review completed tasks to ensure proper execution and alignment with the initial hypothesis.
- Communication: Collaborate with colleagues from local offices and headquarters to stay aligned on tasks.
- Localization: Adapt text content for different markets, taking into account cultural and linguistic nuances. Choose appropriate phrasing in both Russian and English, and work closely with translators and designers.
- Monitoring & Support: Regularly verify the relevance of category structures and account for seasonal or annual changes.
- Product/Service Range Updates: Keep the model line of goods or services up to date.
Requirements
- Both English and Russian language knowledge, at B1 level or higher. Ability to clearly formulate tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- At least 1 year of experience with classifieds platforms and an understanding of categorization principles.
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
Nice to have:
- Experience working on international projects.
- Familiarity with Django admin panel is a plus.
- A strong understanding of UX and navigation in classifieds.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
