
Data Analyst
As we continue to scale our Real Estate vertical, we’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data, impact-driven decision-making, and collaborating across teams to bring insights to life.
As a Data Analyst at Larixon, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to formulate hypotheses, design and evaluate experiments, and ensure we’re continuously optimizing for user value and business growth.
Also you will help build scalable analytics frameworks, improve data quality and visibility, and support strategic initiatives with actionable insights. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to define hypotheses, design A/B tests, and evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics.
- Translate business needs into data requirements, tracking plans, and clear technical tasks for development.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards to compare performance across countries and real estate categories, covering key areas like content, traffic, buyer activity, and monetization.
- Use modern analytics tools (SQL, BI platforms, event tracking systems) to visualize trends, segment users, and identify growth or performance gaps.
- Ensure data quality and support scalable analytics infrastructure, helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, monitor KPIs, and guide product strategy with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or business analytics, preferably in classifieds, digital marketplaces, or mobile/web apps.
- Proficiency in modern analytics tools and methods, including SQL, BI platforms, event tracking systems, and basic statistics.
- Experience formulating hypotheses and conducting A/B tests.
- Comfortable working in English (B1 level or higher) for reading documentation and collaborating with international teams.
- Background in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field - or completion of specialized analytics/data courses.
- Experience writing technical requirements (e.g., tracking specifications or analytics-related tickets for developers).
