Responsibilities

We are currently expanding our marketing department, and the CRM Marketing Specialist role is a new position in our team.


Your Future Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for trigger-based (user lifecycle) and marketing communications.
  • Manage key communication channels: app push, email, messengers, SMS, web push.
  • Launch regular and one-time CRM campaigns, track their effectiveness, segment users, and optimize performance of regular campaigns.
  • Define key metrics for evaluating CRM communication effectiveness.
  • Develop tools for managing CRM campaigns, closely working with the product tech team as a customer to improve functionality in the CRM system.
  • Build and test hypotheses, segment databases, monitor and improve the performance of regular campaigns based on data and A/B test results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators of direct marketing (OR, CR, opt-outs, spam, etc.).
  • Closely collaborate with the analytics team to create custom user segments.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on analytics.
  • Develop and enrich the CRM database with additional data and parameters.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing with an active base of 3M+ users across multi-platform B2C services (web + app). Ideally in classifieds or e-commerce.
  • Experience in marketing automation: integrating platforms, implementing tools to increase conversions and improve user experience.
  • Strong technical skills (you’ll need to dive deep into the technical aspects of push/email launches and system integrations).
  • Analytical skills: the ability to assess effectiveness, run experiments, and conduct A/B testing.
  • Bonus: Experience with external CRM tools (Customer.io, Iterable, Carrot quest, Mindbox, Pushwoosh, etc.).
  • Experience implementing external CRM systems, close collaboration with the product team for CRM technical improvements.
  • Proficient with web and mobile analytics tools: Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, Appsflyer, Adjust, or Appmetrica.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SQL (you can understand queries, ideally write your own).
  • Data-driven approach (metrics analysis is key).
  • Self-driven, proactive, ready to make decisions and take responsibility.
  • Upper-intermediate English for communication with English-speaking marketers.
  • Location: Outside of Russia and Belarus, with a timezone between GMT +1 and GMT +6.
